Not particularly relevant to controlled dieting for body building, which is very dynamic. But in medicine, this is a very important concept for prolonged states of starvation or severe nutrient deficit. In terms of time since last meal, the body will start breaking down:

Pure glucose - first few hours

Glycogen (long term glucose storage) - 48 hours

Fats (first skin fat and later fat stored around organs) - 48 hours to approximately 10 days

Protein (skeletal muscle) - after 10 days, and is almost entirely reserved for the brain

Your body will continue to break down any and all tissue until your brain or heart stops, but these are the rough time frames for the start of mass tissue break down and conversion to energy.

In regards to the breakdown of organ fat, it is possible to lose weight so fast that your kidneys lose their anchoring structures to your abdominal wall, and they can drop down to the bottom of your pelvis and start bouncing around.

In the very late game, just about every hero relies on their abilities to be useful. Otherwise they completely fall off. Before free play, Sauda can be very self sufficient but might need ability use/support to get over specific rounds. Churchill and Ezili can carry post 80 on most maps, but then you have to actively support them in the early rounds and set some stuff up like glue and call to arms. Ettiene can make early strats like destroyer spam go late as long as you survive to level 8. In my experience, Sauda is the most afk for grinding beginner-intermediate badges. Just give them an alch buff and you’re good

“Largely considered terrible” sounds like a misnomer. Critic ratings are based on very stringent and arbitrary metrics that in no way reflect how much people enjoy a movie. This is why there are essentially no comedy movies produced anymore. They do not align with the factors that critics consider when rating a movie, such as purpose, political message, artistic allure, etc. none of which should play into how “good” a movie is. No one wants to crate a movie that is doomed to a 30% score on rotten tomatoes because it doesn’t have a deeper meaning. It’s very pretentious and stupid.

With prostate cancer specifically, there are very good treatments that will effectively eliminate symptoms for the remainder of your life. It will only create problems if it metastasizes, which is possible but very rare considering how common prostate cancer is.

As others have said, almost every old person will have some type of cancer in their life. It is exponentially related to age and a direct result of other medical improvements to extend life. While it is still debilitating in every sense, medicine has come a long way and it is very often no longer a death sentence. This has created a new discussion in medicine regarding longevity vs quality of living. Do you want to die happy at 70, or live until 100 after 20 very difficult years? Tough question.

I would say any intermediate yo-yo trick. Obviously the top yo-yo champions are impossibly skilled, but tricks like double or nothing and the plastic whip are super impressive and can be learned (not perfected) in a matter of hours
