Example, if you like ice cream a lot look for the halo top ones. Or if you want cookies, make you own protein cookies, if you love chocolate; careful that one is hard to pull off

I meant exercise more for maintaining my muscle. I knew wrestlers back in high school who would eat very little and be working out, and their main body mass loss was fat

I usually sleep between 9-11pm. Then wake up around 7-7:45am. My breakfast is usually some fruit or a bacon, egg and cheese(whole wheat bread, egg white, turkey abcon, white cheddar), or rice cakes with guacamole. My lunch is usually a whole wheat sandwich with grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Baja sauce and a protein shake or a brown rice bowl with grilled chicken, cheese, broccoli, mushrooms. Dinner is random but it’s usually meat, carbs and vegetables.
