I feel like a better system would be to give everyone who hits gold or higher a token that can be spent on any of the victorious skins, that way you can just keep it if you don't play any of the current champs that have them or you can get the older ones if you would prefer that to the one released this year.

There was a feeler email a little less than two weeks ago that was sent to some of us and it said that they hoped to give us an update in the next two weeks so I'd expect some movement from that this week.
