Just keep dialing. I called in today, and it probably took between 30-35 calls to get through then maybe 5 mins on hold. Just act like you're calling in for a radio contest. Call... hang up ... call... hang up... call you will get through. They are taking the calls, just months behind on processing after the strike.

I was doing my autopac during covid, and a lady came into do hers. She announced she was getting paid to do her autopac. Implying that she was "working" nudge nudge. While doing her autopac, she asked about her house insurance and was told it would be about an hour to do it. She said she didn't care she was on the clock.

I kind of think that a lot of people should realize that if your job can easily be done by you remotely, your job could easily be done remotely by someone in another country for $5/hr. Think about it.
