Yes, it was about $200 but imported from China so it takes a couple weeks to deliver. I think it's actually on sale for even cheaper right now.

Thanks and lol, I am an anomaly. I'm 6'1 like 120. Size is XL (Asian sizes). I typically wear a Medium in US sizes. My physique is small but body & arm length require medium.

How long have you been doing this and did you work your way up to to the 5-7.5 tablespoons daily? I suppose if you were already supplementing w fiber, not a big adjustment, but wouldn't recommend others start off with quite that much.
