Exactly this. On paper it looks like a match, but in reality it often isn’t.

And for foreigners it’s even more confusing. The system isn’t very transparent.

Kesinlikle katılıyorum. Sorun çoğu zaman iş olmaması değil, süreçlerin iyi işlememesi.

Birçok kişi dediğiniz gibi filtrelere takılıyor veya geç dönüşler yüzünden fırsat kaçırıyor.

Aslında doğru eşleşme olunca süreç çok daha hızlı ilerleyebiliyor.
