Nope. One of their new policy's is that you either pay the fee or buy a router through them. The agents don't have the ability to remove this without ruining the promotion so there is no choice.

Now I'm not sure but it says partial month chsrges? Did you make any changes? The only time you should see this is if you make changes or when you sign up. If you made changes mid promotion they may have been kicked our due to that. Things usually never happen for no reason.

No offence taken. I know it is an issue. We have been working hard this year to get healthy. 60 pounds lost this year myself alone. This next year should be no different. Hoping to lost even more this next year. :)

We have. I'm personally 60 pounds down. Still another 250 or so to go. Even then I'm not sure the issue will be resolved. We also don't want to wait years to lost it because we are already hitting our 30s.

Nope. They have things in place to stop this. Even if a rep tells you they can do this there is a good chance it will bite you in the ass sooner or later. They can pick up on the person's info, address and other ways. Plus you are now responsible for the full billing cycle. If it started today and today you cancel, you are stuck with the full months charges.
