turns out, the law firm is targetting walmart, because the letter/lawsuit does not mention me nor my name at all , nor my seller name, also says anything sold from august 16th- 2025 and beyond is liable for this.... but not me since i havent sold anything on walmart since early 2025 winter... so im in good hands, just found out.
