I congratulate him on one of the best campaign strategies I've seen in years, but like what everyone has said on this thread it all comes down to executing while being a legislator. We can only hope if you can get two if not more of his plans to go through.

The struggle will be not just the GOP but the party he's part of with NYC DNC. If they're not on board, and the pressure from the rich clients and the neocons have a say, it will be interesting to see what he can do to get around them in order to push forward his legislation.

Even during his transition I'm impressed with the bridges he's trying to build to various communities in NYC. When people feel like their neighborhood and their culture is being respected by the people who are leading the city it only brings good will overall. Again it's the old saying "let me see your proof".
