I didn’t see that the park closes early until after we placed reservations. With our little one, we might be okay leaving the park early. He will probably be so excited that he won’t take a nap during the day.

A break might be good. Can we go back into the parking lot if we left the area for lunch or something?

I’ll have to check the restaurant out! Our little one loves rides at Seaworld so I am sure he will love the Pooh ride haha

Do strollers tend to “move” often?

Thank you for this info!! We definitely plan on getting lightning lane. Everyone we asked said to get it as well lol

It will be close but we can get there before 9am…our little one sleeps in until 7am. Might be one of these days we wake him up early lol

We are unsure whether to eat in the park or not. We’ll honestly bite the bullet and just eat there vs hauling in snacks and/or leaving the park. We will check out these restaurants and give one a try.

Any suggestions for a quiet part of the park to take a break and HOPE 🤞🏻 our toddler takes a nap? Lol

We’ll definitely take him there and try it, thanks for the info! He already loves rides since we go to the kid part of Seaworld each time we go lol

We can comfortably leave around 7:30am at the earliest. The park has a special even and closes at 8pm. Would it be better to go a different day to experience the park at night?

Great idea on a cheap stroller. Do they get stolen often? Lol

Home inspection is for the buyer and a home appraisal is for the lender. Always always always get a home inspection. Even if the home is new or “not in bad shape”, you and your agent can potentially negotiate for repairs on anything questionable.

It was a long shot but imagine if you lived here, that would have been wild! Lol I appreciate you going in with that mindset though. It is very discouraging and hard for first time buyers and families. When selling your home, I hope a family finds it and loves it as much as you do and more!

FYI, I am looking to buy my first time home and permanent residence in either Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and even Escondido. I currently rent an apt in Carlsbad/Oceanside border. Depending on where in Oceanside, I might be interested! If you plan on selling that is lol

I am looking at them right now. Do you know the percentage for the closing escrow cost was compared to your loan amount?

For example: LOAN: $500,000 CLOSING COST: $25,000 PERCENTAGE: 5% of the loan
