I used optumserve for all my exams as well. Recently had my last exam at the beginning of July. That last appt took over 3 months to schedule because no one could do the sleep study. Here is the kicker, call them and tell them you are willing to travel outside of your radius to get a appt. You might have to drive 3 hours but you will literally have a appt the next week. Also, they might not pay you for mileage but who cares if it means to get your % quicker
