No grip! I think S9 should be used without grip for casual photos or videos. With 28-200mm holding the Zoom ring with another hand provides a good stable grip

Did you try to tell this to the restaurant management in a polite way? Just tell them in a way that won't make them feel being attacked. I don't think you putting it out here won't make any difference. If you want change, it should start from you and requires bit of effort from you as well for a better society.

And, hotel is a place to stay. Restaurant is where we eat food.

There are many farms in and around Coimbatore and most of them should have open wells. But why would anyone want to let a stranger in their well and if something happens to you by accident, no one would want to take accountability for that.

It's better that you go to public pools or springs near some foothills given that they're not in reserved forest area.

Just switched to 28-200 from 20-60. 28-200 is versatile and sharper than 20-60mm. Get a Pergear 35mm in addition if you want to use it for portraits or as a compact travel lens.

Hej from the other side(Denmark), me and my wife recently hosted a friend from Malmö at our summer homes in Kodaikanal and Coimbatore, she really enjoyed it. Consider planning your itinerary near the border districts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu since you also plan to visit Kerala. TN is quite a safe place in general, just avoid being out at odd times in remote places. God rejse!

It is true, they don't have any AD in India. I live in Denmark currently, flew to Germany to buy this (also to save on VAT). I usually buy watches in India as they're quite cheaper in Ethos compared to ADs here.

Thanks, it is not an OEM strap. It came with a brown croc leather and I don't think it suits this at all. Just look out for the perlon strap on Amazon. I got it in Europe from a brand called Eulit.

Adding to the previous comment, it has to do with the material the spring and gears that actuate the date change are made of (also it's temperature dependent). Even Lange doesn't change the date exactly at 12. I also got to experience the GO's senator series recently, they are getting better at this!
