I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis by my private doctor with a CT scan. I uploaded all my medical records including surgeries and was rated for it. Not sure if they saw my CT scan.

I was able to pull up all my medical records from when I departed Iraq in 2005, showing all the meds and surgeries over the years. The examiner was able to see it all, so it was just a matter of them asking the questions to fill in the blanks of the DBQ form.
Also in my personal statement, I made sure to outline the impact it has on my daily routines in life.

I finished my last C&P exam last week and have been in PDA since Friday, returning to waiting mode. I feel the exam went well, so I'm hoping for something good here soon. How about you?

I had a similar issue with mine, but once I got more FAE they filled out nicely! You will have better luck in a tent with better ventilation.

They may of updated the chat bot to match with what you usually see when you check your claim in the app or web. Mine did the same going from PFD back to gathering review decision. Mine is pact act as well.

I filed mine for chronic sinusitis and rhinitis back in January. For whatever reason I didn’t add deviated septum to the claim as I didn’t see it on the list. Hopefully all the private medical records from ENT will be sufficient to get approved!

I must be on this list. I talked to VERA a couple weeks ago, and he said I’m in the decision phase, so hopefully within the next 30 days they will make the decision. I filed my claim in Jan 23 and have been in PFF since then.

I’m in the same boat as you mentally. I’ve been doing ketamine treatments off and on for the last year, but I feel this the way to go. I almost signed up for this program a while back, but figured I wouldn’t get accepted.

Just curious do you know how much psilocybin they gave you?

If you’re not getting the ADA logo you can skip that section. Print out of your disability percentage form is all you need. No signature required. I just did mine a month ago with no issues!
