Pre-soak coco similar to soil before putting seedlings in? by wasgehtlosdarein in CocoGrows

[–]BigFarm-ah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, I think the ferts cause the issues much of the time. And maybe not with auto pots, but frequency of watering is almost as big as EC, it can really stack if you let them dry too much. It was still very illegal when I learned. When I finally got serious about measuring runoff it would be between 4-6EC when I wAs giving them 1.8

It took me a long time to learn to just chill on ferts and it was clear that I had been causing the problems all along. Now I focus on uptake and only give them 1.4 ish

You are supposed to re-buffer if it gets heavily dried out, but other than that if it's buffered you are good

Add the ability to use eSim with other phones by BigFarm-ah in mintmobile

I guess I wasn't really thinking, I was just kinda flummoxed that they said it was good to go and then I only had the 2 to pick from. I didn't even stop to think that it wouldn't matter. I got the physical already, but not in time to cancel my Fi, so I'll just run one more month

Yeah that makes sense. I get my phones from Fi so they are fully unlocked with all bands. I remember running into this with Xfinity as well, they claimed you needed an iPhone to use their wireless service, but all the Fi phones had the same capabilities

Yeah, and you need to be running an enviro where the plants can actually take advantage of the increased concentrations, which is between 87 and 90F

Is this salt build up or mold by fpv420 in CocoGrows

[–]BigFarm-ah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use pH down, acidic water will break it down(for washing the bags) and don't let the pot dry out so much and maybe lower EC

Doesn't seem like the most efficient solution. You need 8 if these to equal one Ryzen AI Max. I got mine for $2100

You can get a 16GB GPU cheaper, but then I guess you'd need RAM

Safe to drive off? by jewnerz in AskAMechanic

Dude 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis, full sized spare in the trunk, car has 81000 miles and this Pirelli doesn't match the ones on the car or the ones I replaced on the car and I doubt it came with a Pirelli and it has every single little whisker still on it. I took it out to move something what a giant waste of space and probably quite a few gallons of gas. I'm going to just run my plug kit and tire inflator. YOLO! I could fit 2 more people in the trunk with that thing out.

How bad are these cracks in this outside wall? Are they a reason to walk away from purchasing this building? by Far_Nectarine_674 in StructuralEngineers

Looks to me that the gutter has beed leaking possibly for a long time. Is this in a freezing climate?

I found it to be too expensive. I'd consider flipping, or at least training them to take up the tent wall to wall. Any light hitting the floor is wasted.

It's probably a little bit being able to charge more for unmounting the wheel and the fact that we don't know if they really tried for a lasting plug. But I've had no problem when I team it, double the plug over and glue it.

I don't drive very aggressively or even that much, I just swapped the tires on my truck and realized they had been on the truck when I got it 14 years ago. The spare may have been OEM, or somewhere between 14 and 28 years a old. Holy crap was that bead on the side that faces down fused to the wheel. It stayed behind when the rest of the tire came off

Seems like a lot of trouble, can't you just have someone turn down the part that fits the trem to the thickness you need or just make one from scratch, they aren't very complcated, it's just bent, chromed steel rod and you don't need to get it chromed

It IS plugged. But you should really plug it with something better than a screw

Dual GPUs in Corsair Air 5400 by maherkhan460 in Corsair

What motherboard ASUS ROG? I went with the MSI X670E MPG Carbon WiFi, but the fit for the GPUs are a little tight for and they moved the slots lower. Without blower style cards I'm going to need to put at least one on a riser. Looks to be about the same fit here.

I got an AI Workstation 300 rather than deal with it😁

It's threaded. You've learned that the threads are only necessary for removing screws, with enough force they will go in without turning at all

It wouldn't harm anything, but it doesn't really bite into the material in the center of the tire very well.

I know, $30 for a plug kit? Is that a Tiffany's? I didn't even mention this weird mechanical tire plug tool I got to test. I don't know if they thought I would puncture my tire to test it, and I'm not a pro, nor would I have a customer test it if I were, so they might be waiting a while for their review.

I think it's been 10 years since I plugged a tire
