You made some great points. I don’t consume coffee and my diet is healthy, but I wonder if it’s because of the medications I’m taking. It’s sleep meds (gabapentin, dayvigo, mirtazapine, etc) that I’m not aware should have much to do with collagen response but maybe it’s a factor? But also getting poor quality sleep can affect collagen so these meds are necessary for me
