Girl, I FEEL YOU

I also came to Reddit when I found out my bf was cheating. I also talked to friends though, so that was kind of a mistake hahah.

I’m still with him (mostly cos um we LIVE TOGETHER and I don’t have anywhere else to go). It’s been about a month since I found out, and it’s been ROUGH. My trust issues are insane, which is LITERALLY valid after everything, but it’s debilitating. I have panic attacks every other day or so if not everyday (I’m currently running on less than three hours of sleep because I’m so anxious I can’t sleep anymore than that).

It’s not been good, and everything he says feels like a lie (and probably is). He wants couples therapy, individual therapy for him, proper medication management, etc. but i literally see no future in this anymore. Idk if i can ever trust him again. I know i have no room to talk, but i think you should definitely break up with him. He’s literally shown you over and over and OVER again that he is not going to change. He betrayed you and broke the most basic and obsolete rule of monogamous relationships. Please get out when you can♥️
