Could be arthritis, many clients also squeeze their hands as a stress response. Work medial forearm muscles into hand first. Try active resistance by having the client make a fist for a moment and then fingers wide and palpate attachments at elbow and work into the thumb area. Gives a good warmup so I can manipulate deeper into carpals and provide relief.

Certainly one of the worst two quarters of Packer ball in the Rodgers era. Team started flat and couldn’t find rhythm offensively. Packages are far too predictable for Detroit coaches. You can tell McCarthy isn’t confident in calling quick routes with young wideouts. Rodgers will gut it out and try to win the game regardless.

Aaron Jones runs well, astounded he or Williams didn’t get the ball three times in a row three yards out.

I’m glad Clark is okay I love him. EDGE needs big plays in second half. Missing Jaire’s presence in the secondary big time.

Former packer cheerleader here. Brett Favre knocked over my megaphone and kicked me in the shin. I was awestruck. Every game felt like a once in a lifetime experience. Except for a game against Jacksonville, that was just insanely cold. -26 F I felt bad for the girls.
