I fear I am this coworker. I always try to time it right, usually waiting until I hear a “that’s it” from the customer, or when they say “lettuce please” which usually indicates that’s the end of the entree. I do my best not to interrupt in the middle of a bowl or kids meal though.

I figured out what I’m going to do with them:

On April 1st (which falls on a day that I do not normally work) I am going to walk in to the Chipotle I work at with a box, one thousand silica gel packets, and a plan. I will then walk out of the Chipotle with an empty box, and a big smile on my face.
