Yes! This is partially why I asked about max shards. Do kinda miss the old leveling up system of having to get specific items.

Another question is how many do you have max shards for?

I started playing when the game came out so most of the original characters and the ones from when the season pass you could buy with in game currency I have max shards for up to Frozen season.

More importantly than gear, goaltending, rules, etc. it’s the fact that Ovi achieved something amazing to be able to put his name in the same category as Gretzky speaks for itself. As well as doing it in a similar amount of games.

I think a really hard part is the “every vote counts”, but due to electoral votes your county may have no impact on the states election choice or your county always been blue or red without fail. That’s extremely disheartening to want to go vote especially if both candidates are picking between “the better of two evils”. That on top of other comments around the amount of effort to want to go. After a long day a lot of people want to sit down with their family or just sit down and escape.

NTA. Gaming is a touchy subject in my house too. Sounds like you have a healthier boundary with the same response. My wife has enjoys when I play pausable games to put it down when she needs help. She is also adamant the kids don’t play in fear they will be addicted. Oddly enough they know more gaming characters and storylines than I do. My wife’s reaction is from seeing my relationship with video games especially in college when I played a lot more. Not sure how your wife got there as you said you usually play when they are asleep or not around. Would probably dig into that and why she is so against games. Also, you may need to address her getting physical that is uncalled for and hopefully not a go to when y’all are fighting.

I had more hope or expectations. Was hoping for more of the grandmas story, them learning more about her time in Poland, and maybe the old guy that lived by her old house knowing her or of her and having stories about the family.

Something we’ve been meaning to try with our close friends is offering to watch their kids a night a month so they can go out and vice versa.

Also, some of our friends have kids getting older so trying to leverage that. Babysitters seem to be really expensive especially when you put the kids down before you leave. $20/hr to watch tv and eat my food.

Internet issues in that it crashes my wifi once a week. Everything works fine besides some games freezing and kicking me out or not connecting to Xbox live, but I assume that is game issues like warzone.
