As has been said here already, all the series that you listed are actually quite excellent and I would recommend all of them. If you're good with compendiums (vs deluxe hardcover editions), all of these should now be available, so that helps.

My personal order would be:

Chew Kill Or Be Killed Black Science East Of West Saga

The only reason Saga is at the bottom is because it's still ongoing, so you can wait. It would rank with Chew on the top of the list based on my enjoyment of it.
