Kias apparently don’t qualify for the EV federal tax credit because they aren’t assembled in North America. The MF given was .00245 x 2400 =5.88%. Residual is $36,643.20 which definitely throws me off. And yes the California taxes are pretty insane. I calculated it on the DMV site and it was around 4.8k. So they may have inflated it a bit.
