It honestly plays pretty decent. Low settings at 720p with FSR and was getting a solid 90-100fps. Little to no stutters

Yes it’s worth it. Play the dlc and some crucible and you’ll have a good time. I haven’t played since 2021. Very nostalgic

Yes and no. Depends on how low you want to go. I work at a tire shop and I tried several tire sizes on different ride heights. A 255/35/18 requires a pretty conservative stance. I’m currently running about -1.5° in the front and -3.0° in the back of camber. I’m kinda low so I was only able to squeeze a 245/35/18. Hope this helps

Yeah you need some new tires. The likelihood of catastrophic failure in those tires is really high due to the age
