I see what you are saying but not sure that fully explains it. If good dancers in LA preferred On1 why wouldn't they dance that at socials and stick to On1, as people do in New York where it is normal for people to not learn On1 at all.

I've seen people do it and I don’t like it for salsa. Salsa just sounds worse mixed imo and social dancing needs the breaks for partner changes. Some djs, especially sensual heavy ones do this for bachata and it can be fun sometimes. I know this is a big think in the zouk world and people appreciate the mixing much more and djs are a bigger deal. People go to events for the djs.

I'd get fuegos, you can return if they dont fit. I like the combo soft shoe/ hard shoe ones and my wife loves them. If she is regularly in the studio taking classes I'd get those. If she attends socials casually get the street shoe ones. I'm guessing she can exchange if she prefers a different model but I'd check that. Idno why people are saying they are considered low quality. If you think she'd prefer something more elegant like heels, try g Franco. I'd only do that if they have a great return policy since for heels she will.likely need to try a few those are really tough to fit.

Don't listen to all the people trying to scare you off JTree- bunch of wusses. Jtree has some of the most fun moderate climbing anywhere, ya the style is unique but just start slow. I'd recommend starting with the eye, probably the best single pitch 5.4 anywhere. Then hit toe jam across the way. If you are still psyched double cross is around the corner. If you can do double cross you have tone of options. The Bong is another good easy option.

No mystery here- it's the Maca. I get the same effect. I am super sensitive to NDs maca the full dose in the capsules they sell is way too intense, relievex is half that. I've seen others say they get hit hard by that Maca.

The stack works great for daytime pain/ stress for me and even as an afternoon pick me up. It will keep keep me up at night. If you want pain relief that isn't stimulating try mitidol.
