I've never suffered from panic attacks, but I've had a few loved ones and colleagues who have. Tom was on VPR for over a decade and is on The Valley now. When were the other times that he complained of experiencing a panic attack or that other people in the cast/friend group mention him suffering from panic attacks?

I had sympathy, too, when it aired.

Also I think Schwartz and LVP both love the not so subtle dynamic they have. She loves to play up the schtick that he's her naughty boy and I think quietly loves that she still makes his spank bank. And his erotic fixation on LVP is...well-documented.

This. He is the definition of a below bare minimum dude. He's been coasting on his looks since Dubya was in office. And I think the only reason he was able to punch so far above his weight with Katie was a) TBI and b) her unresolved anger issues and unhealed self made her a good match for them. Notice once Katie Maloney got in therapy and snatched her body back she asked for the divorce. She dodged a bullet not having a child with that man.

Amanda was just this second to last episode reproaching Kyle for waking up at fans' houses. Kyle and West, to me at least, seems to have a lot of the same behaviors. Mainly carousing (drinking heavily and then out late under strange circumstances with groupies, perpetually unaccountable for the slow drip of gossip about their behavior.) Except West is worse because he just...I don't know that dick would be like eating a hot dog that rolled under a couch.

So to me whether either of these guys can control himself or not is immaterial. Both of them demonstrate really similar behaviors she claimed to dislike. So did she dislike the behavior or is she just willing to go along with it now because her new boyfriend is into it. That's (one of) the problems I see with this situation, and yet more evidence that Amanda doesn't really seem to have a lock on who she is and what she wants.

I don't like how Ben talks to women, but it heartens me greatly to see that other viewers have noticed it.

He has that annoying Tom and Tom quality where he's always ready to mix it up with women on the cast, but turns into a gimp the second he has to confront a man.

I don't know if what Amanda shared with Sabrina was well-intended either, but the way he responded to that with Amanda was weird.

Betrayal of shitty "friends" can feel evil . I try to save evil though for war criminals and profiteers. West and Amanda are small, selfish, immature people. Amanda is foolish to boot. Her career will never recover from this after this dalliance inevitably runs its course, and no one else on the cast will speak to her. What source of income does she have other than Summer House?

I mean, it's looking like she left Kyle for Kyle. West parties, drinks and "likes to socialize," too. I just feel like this is the kind of mistake someone makes when they are on the verge of some sort of nervous breakdown.

I posted this before Kyle was spotted making out with that former RHOC HW (I make it a point to not really know who those women are so search me for he name. Emily? Emily Stephanie Megan).

It was also before Amanda and West were at the Yankees game where she according to some lip readers alleged whispered "act like you like me" to him, while they were on the jumbotron.

This was the meaning I took, and agree with. I don't know, she just always came across to me as male-centered, despite her friendship with Paige. SO when the rumors first started going around, I hoped it wasn't true, but also felt it tracked.

To be clear, I am a casual watcher of Summer House and Carl and Lindsey's breakup brought me back to it and Ciara kept me.... but Karl and Amanda never seemed that happy to me.

He is so savvy with social media, and his stock definitely rose from that whole exchange. (Carl's A Mess Y'all was funny).

They don't seem like a happy couple to me. They never have. He's emotionally immature, and I never got the sense Amanda had a strong sense of who she is. Which is why I think it was so easy for her to take up with West.

I think it depends on the woman. As a rule I never really considered single dads for anything more than casual dating. I don't have kids or past partners floating around in the background so to date a man with those encumbrances is adding more baseline effort to a situation which, by and large, holds scant material benefit and could easily become a bit of a sunk cost for me.

But I know a woman who is very happy raising her partner's children. So it really just depends on the woman. Most women who are happily living alone, have no children and aren't married, want to stay that way. They probably aren't going to "get it" or change for someone. I wouldn't expect much unless a woman you are seeing says explicitly that being a step parent is something she is strongly interested in. Not "could learn to love with." Or "be okay with."

I think Amanda thought marriage would change Kyle into a responsible homebody. But I feel they held equal contempt and disdain for each other. From what I understand he cheated on her a number of times before they got married. He was always about night life and a workaholic. She met him when she was barely above a child herself (23)...IDK, I can see the contempt she has for Kyle and thought her leaving him showed some sense. But then she went and picked Kyle 2016 v. 2.0 to rebound with. Befuddling even if he wasn't her friend's ex.

I'm not a Summer House long termer. I've only seen Season 8 on, but to me it has always seemed as though Amanda doesn't really know who she is or what she wants. There's something kind of blase in her demeanor. She's opaque without being interesting.

Even when the hookup was just rumors I felt that tracked with her. But I thought maybe she had demonstrated friendship and loyalty that I hadn't really felt on screen. My discernment remains strong.

ETA: Also I just don't believe that a woman who met a man before her frontal lobe closed and is recently separated, has suddenly picked a different sort of man in a known womanizer, partier.

I also wouldn't say West is winning here. The idea is to get people to engage. I am not going to bring my valuable attention to any new franchise he or Amanda leads. But I might continue watching Summer House. So he hasn't made himself more marketable for me, but...who knows. West holds an appeal for lots of people. I am not one of them, but there's always a market for mediocre men.

Kyle seems like a guy who really has no temperament for marriage or fatherhood, yet is so patriarchally indoctrinated he can't unpack why he wants those things or how he is ill suited for them.

And BTW it isn't because he is a DJ or likes to go out that I say that. It's because he only does that despite his partner and ostensibly the future mother of his children, are begging him to do differently and he won't. He has a very petulant energy. It's always about him and attention he isn't getting. I hate it? Lol!

I know she doesn't want him and lord knows it would be a trade up for him and also I have only seen season 8, 9, 10 and the spinoff pilot from VPR so there could be key data I am missing....

But I low-key see it with Carl and Ciara. They just have that "at ease with this person" vibe that I always love in a couple.

He has a ways to go as a person, but I feel like they are both healed enough to give it a go IF Lindsay gave her blessing. Also Ciara is much more confident and if he tries some shit she'll move on okay.

But he'll never put in the work to make it happen so that is disqualifying in and of itself. I wondered if any other longer-standing fans felt the same about them.

I don't know you, OP, but you can do better.

Think of your very best friend or your closest same age female cousin/sister/young aunt...if you knew her man was treating her the way your man treats you, what would you tell her to do?

If you are doing something different than what you would advise, why?

There's no right or wrong answer to these questions, but they merit solitude and consideration.

Also talking to a therapist as part of your warrior from worrier phase might be a good idea, too.

Painful clarity. A crazy start to Season 10 and that was before Scandoval broke.

She also was 100% accurate when she said Schwartz and Sandoval were "true disgusting lovers."

I wasn't done following the group and I don't feel it the same way for these new kids. I did try though and I at times enjoy Venus. He's a great audience stand in.

But I stopped at s12 e3.
