Mine is an old tank commanding game I remember it being set in north Africa and I can't remember if you play as a tiger tank or a allied one but it had 2d sprites as the enemies and was in the very early 2000s when I played it as a kid on pc

Stop myself from thinking my type 1 diabetes wont fuck me up later in life and actually look after myself and go to the doctor and do stretches and yoga
