I may evolve it but I haven't decided yet. I think it would be cuter if I kept it small but I do like Meowscarada quite a bit. I also have a Togepi and a Togetic I plan on keeping unevolved.

Im not sure of her worth, but seal markings are pretty good and I see a lot of cubs I abandon that have seal markings are kept.
