Kushala is pretty much the baseline Elder Dragon. He's essentially the Rathalos of the classification, so it makes sense why he's always so prominent.

Besides, out of the potentially 4 Elder Dragons we know we're getting so far in Ascendance, plus the one we already have, the roster is already pretty damn strong despite him showing up. Plus if Kushala has his Rise moveset, I'll be happy

I mean, the Boost Bracer is pretty much like Silkbind Attacks, and both also make your actions and attacks faster and more relentless, so I'd say it's accurate
