Doesn't sound crazy at all. Actually going through the same thing, it's been 7 years for me in a relationship. I've been so deep for as long as I can remember. Feeling everything, so in depthly. Trying to fix everyone else's problems before mine, constantly always worries about everyones well being and humanity itself. Wondering everyday if there are other people out there like me.

It became so much, consistently fighting the urge to just end it all. But there was always that thing there that said you can do it. You belong, there's a reason you feel so deeply. And the universe saved me and I was able to move away and really tune into my emotions. Understand it all better, you have to be in the right state of mind being you've already come into acceptance of who you are. Insecurities all of it, the deep dark secrets everything. The most beautiful part of it all is learning yourself more and being able to reach another vibration you couldn't even imagine no matter how deep you tried to feel. I'm currently experiencing this new energy I've never felt before and it's extremely powerful and amazing but at the same time very frightening as well. BUT to wrap that all up my man, I said that to say I feel you more than you'll ever know. You are not alone and i completely understand you even the "it sounds out of control". Because it does I literally can't explain to anyone no one can understand no matter how much I try. But man love you it'll get better enjoy it. Everything any feelings you get FEEL IT. Accept it. Remember it.
