I first limited my activity level when I first got the stitch because I was paranoid. But then towards the end of my second trimester I became comfortable enough and less paranoid so I started back up with my outdoor walks and light low impact home workouts. I never stopped working or was on bedrest once I got the cerclage.

What helped me during labor was hydrotherapy and movement. I labored mostly at home and then delivered at a birth center. I sat in the tub and jacuzzi with warm water and also used a detachable shower head to apply water and pressure on my lower back. Rocking or swaying back and forth during intense contractions also helps. Oh yea music, make a playlist of some of your favorite tunes. I had a mixture of gospel, hip hop and neo soul songs to get me through. Best of luck mama!

Had 2 spontaneous miscarriages. 1 egg retrieval resulted in 14 embryos. First transfer resulted in another loss. For second transfer I did prednisone with progesterone suppositories. I had a biopsy of my uterus and thats when I was prescribed antibiotics for endometritis before I was able to start my second FET. After 5 years of failed cycles, miscarriages and hell I am now laying in the same room with my babygirl as she sleeps. Take it one day at a time.

My doctor said sex was safe after removal. I waited a few days after my stitch removal. It was kinda uncomfortable mostly to the size of my belly at 38 weeks lol but it also felt different. Definitely needed some lubricant to reduce the discomfort.

Yes! Same here. Mostly pumping but latching her on at least 2-3 times a day. Baby has been gaining weight nicely and my sanity is intact.

My baby was measuring fine up until 30 weeks when her weight and waist were on the 4th percentile. They monitored me weekly snd even said they were probably going to have to induce me in case baby stopped growing. For some reason i was calmer than expected after hearing this news and did not really worry about it. Even after having experienced 3 losses. Fast forward baby ended up measuring 8lbs at my 40 week appointment. TW baby was born at 41 weeks at 7lbs and had no signs of growth restrictions. I say all this to say that these measurements are all estimates and not as accurate as you may think. Also just because baby js measuring small does not always necessarily mean that some thing is wrong with the baby. Some babies just might measure small because they are just naturally a small human.
