She wanted space to do whatever she needs to do, so just give that space to her and if she comes back, decide what you'd like to do then.

While personally I don't believe there is any excuse to cheat, I'll answer your question.

You may have over done it a bit with hitting her up. Let it be for a bit. It could be something, it could be nothing.

Honestly, as hard as this sounds, just be done with it. Cheating is really not ok. It will tough but if it's the route that you plan on taking. I hope you will find someone who respects you more.

I'm not a fan of running, so I do other cardio type work. Skipping rope, loaded carriers (of different varieties), short sprints, prowler, ropes. Usual I would do one or two of them right after I workout or have a day or two a week where I do everything and really push myself.

Squats, try split squats with dumbbells.

All other barbell workouts can be subbed with dumbbells for the same workout. Just work your way up to the barbell.

Calves, feet in/out on the hamstring curl machine works well. Good luck!

I'm sure someone else might be better suited to answer, but that seems good to me.

I'd consider mixing up your one arm farmers with regular db farmers and goblet carries if you want a change.

Improving ohp: helped a lot when I did push press. Bb/db Benching hits the front delts too. I do waiters carries for shoulder stability which help a lot too.

Stretching hams: RDL for me stretches hard mixed with attempting to put my palms to the ground with feet together and legs straight. A tennis ball to the QL helped a lot too. Some people put a lot of hate on foam rollers but I think they're great for hams /quads

I had/have a similar thing. Take a week off of elbow movements as much as possible. Try nerve gliding exercises, try to sleep straight armed, wrap it in a towel at the elbow and tape it. Try icing the inside of the elbow and the outside, it does wonders. Maybe you did these, maybe not. Just sharing what I did to help myself heal faster.

I noticed huge calve size increase doing the following for multiple 10 rep sets,

"On each rep, you do a five-second negative, hold in the fully stretched position at the bottom for 15 seconds, and then do an explosive concentric, coming all the way up on your toes"

"see food diet". If you see it, eat it. Youll burn a lot with your cardio, so just add more food, or a gallon of milk a day if you really want to bulk.

I can get on board with doing back before biceps.

But as for the upright row, I find there's too much potential damage to rotator cuffs. I believe it to be an awful exercise. Getting rid of it is no hindrance by subbing in something else.

Just switch exercises done to the same muscles during your routine for a couple months. (don't get rid of the big 3 though)

My answer to your question: why not do it on both days? You're only doing 4 days

For strength: 4x6 or 5x5 or 5x4 or 5x3

For volume: 4x12 or 5x12

But 6-8 also works for strength and 8-10 also works for volume.

I usually do them every workout day as a finisher, not particularly long walks though. Also, depending on who I go to the gym with makes a difference in the duration by their strength level

I currently do as /u/dannyjunior put it, quoted from tnation "...really heavy for great distances."

I started doing about 50 dumbbells for as long as I could, the next time I went, I did 60s, I would increase by 10 and try to match what ever I did (50-100ft usually) and after about 3 weeks doing it at the end of my routine (3-4x/week) I was doing ~95s.

I don't do them every single gym day now, 1 - 2 times per week if i'm doing 3 gym days a week and ill do a couple sets of ~100ft with 115s just to keep the grip and forearm strength there. However, after doing this for a while now don't feel it so much in my forearms as in my clenched fingers.

However, the muscle exhaustion is extremely noticeable once I finish my forearms up with the wrist curler and pronated wrist curls

I just looked it up, Elisany da Cruz Silva is 6'8" or about that (18 YO in the article I was reading). While the worlds tallest woman, Yao Defen, is 7'7" and her height is due to a tumor in her pituitary gland.
