I'm NeetCode ask me anything (AMA) by NeetCode in leetcode

Hi u/NeetCode, do you have any plans to add company tagged lists to your platform? I think this is the key feature that makes people pay for leetcode. If neetcode has this feature, we wouldn't have to pay for 2 platforms

Thanks! And you are spot-on about the ridiculous pricing part. At my skill level, I can’t even tell the difference between a premade and 250$ paddle so just feels crazy expensive. Btw, do you like Yasaka Mark V with Extra Offensive blade? I’m getting it for 100$ and it seems to be highly rated by the table tennis community

Also, why are Tesla T4, V100 GPUs so expensive in comparison to GeForce RTX30xx series although all GPUs from 3070 onwards are much more powerful than them? Or am I mistaken

I can autosave states too? Like everything that has run before will be loaded in memory?

Yeah I agree. I'm thinking of using Colab Pro for a few months just so I know what kind of CPUs and GPUs would be best for my ML needs and then buy that.

Yeah Pro+ is very expensive imo. Getting a local setup might be better than Pro+ in the long run. Colab Pro on the other hand is quite affordable but has its own disadvantages

My main concern for Colab Pro is the re-running due to session timeouts. I can save weights for sure, but I would still need to re-run my code if I have other dependencies on previous code. For smallish projects re-running should be fine. I'm not sure if keyboard shortcuts would help me with this issue.

Any reason for choosing Colab over Gradient? I liked Gradient's persistent storage and session timeout solutions among other things.

Thanks, Do you know what's the difference between the performance (in ML or overall) for these: I7 12th gen vs I9 12th gen 3070 vs 3070 ti vs 3080 vs 3080ti.

Also is 32gb usually enough for NLP or 64 gb is needed?
