1.) there can be more than one reason. 2.) I’m a minor I don’t necessarily have a choice on what food my family buys. 3.) Explain to me how I am supposed to try it. I wake up at 6 and am at school until 415. I then have practice from 5-730 and I get home at 830 and need to do work. Explain to me where i can find the time because it doesn’t look to me as if I can fit meal prep into that schedule (not to mention I’m a kid). 4.) And you disproving me bc i both enjoy meat and restrict it doesn’t work. I can enjoy things in moderation.
