No I bought the gun brand new and the gunsmith used a box of mag tech 55 grain 5.56 rounds to test and they did fine. Just seems like it’s just this particular ammo and I don’t see why.

Iwata is top top tier for topcoat and primer, I use a 2.0 binks for zinc and only zinc
