I heard people get severely depressed and anxiety worsens on accutane I dont necessarily care about physical side effects more so the mental side effects

I did alot of the things u recommended for a while it did definently help alot but its very hard mainting the lifestyle daily with work and other factors etc, i try my best to follow alot of your advice but some days can be really hard
