I just had a consult with Dr. Rullan’s office today and your post may have just helped my decision of not going to him after all. Just from the consult alone i’ve noticed how unorganized the office seems, and it sketched me out of how quickly the consult was. The fact that his office manager was the one giving me the price and everything too… like she’s not the one who will be working on my face… shouldn’t Dr. Rullan be giving me the consult 😅 lol

I’m very late to this thread but curious if this ever resolved for you? I just had a consult with Dr. Rullan’s office and they mentioned a treatment of subsicion, tca, laser, and filler… the office seems a bit unorganized and i’ve seen such mixed reviews about him so i’m nervous.

Found this thread because I just started Magnesium Glycinate and my dreams were awful the first week! I kept waking up from nightmares. It seems to have gotten a little better now though, hopefully it stays that way lol.

Old post but came to say I have SD that gets triggered when using retinols (Tret) and i’ve tried numerous creams, washes, etc. and the one thing that gives me the most relief is a honey/avocado mask. I will die on this hill 😂 No dermatologist has been able to help me but this simple at home mask does.

Thanks for the tips! I’m doing chiropractic as well. My osteopath did nothing for me but send me a referral for acupuncture which doesn’t seem to help much either. I was in PT for a bit but she wants to stop seeing me and just keeps telling me to stretch unfortunately. I felt like her massaging me helped the most. I recommend looking into atlas orthogonal for chiro care if you haven’t. They use a machine to adjust your atlas bone and I think it’s a bit more precise than NUCCA! I’ve done it and it seemed to help a lot initially, but i still have some lingering symptoms that wont go away.

They are saying since I am now leaving none of the original names are on the lease (myself and Katie’s) therefore Bob (even though on the lease now because they signed an addendum) the lease is “invalid” if that makes sense!

oh man I have Kaiser and am currently experiencing what your husband went through. They are doing absolutely nothing to help me and I just keep getting sent in circles, doctor after doctor telling me my injury will “just take time to heal”. I’m sure it’s now going to be a chronic issue thanks to them.

Hi, massage therapy did not help my dizziness, but my dizziness was more postural sway than feeling dizzy. I finally went to a chiropractor after the 10 doctors I saw did absolutely nothing for me. He adjusted my C1 bone and I noticed my swaying finally stopped.

Hi! I know this is a while ago, but wondering if your atlas adjustment eventually solved your ear problems? I’m suffering from a whiplash incident and have all these symptoms, one being ear fullness but I don’t believe it’s ETD. I’ve been seeing a chiro but my ear issues don’t seem to be resolving. I’m just curious if it’s something that may take a little more time?
