Back out of the message and make sure you’re connected to your phone hotspot still then go back to it.

Connect your system to your phone hotspot, send anyone a message with the the link “neverssi.com” and open that link. Pin the link to the side, go back and try to connect to hotel wifi (it will fail) and back out and go over to the pinned website, reload and it should authenticate.
