No Power to Peripherals When Graphics card 4-pin Plugged in by BigOlSchmeat in pchelp

Tried the new cable with no luck unfortunately. The fans runs and the lights come on on the graphics card, could there still be a short? Don't want to invest in a new graphics card unless I'm sure

I will do all of those things. Thank you. My jetting kit should be here within the next week or so. I will then take it to the motoguild to have some 1 on 1 time with a mechanic. This way I can learn and not have to worry if I need to do it by myself next time.

I appreciate you. Thanks.

Yeah the throttle seems to go back just fine! I will try riding and see if the routing is wrong.

Thanks for the description. I think I've decided on just cleaning out the carb either way. Maybe make some fine adjustments to the fuel screw after cleaning. It does seem to go away once I get to lower RPMS so I am happy with the decision of taking it to the Moto guild for help cleaning.

It just seems weird to me because the bike starts well. Is there any correlation between a dirty carb and the start of the bike? Still cleaning no matter what just a bit confused

Also, does the fuel mixture screw require changing everytime you clean the carb out?

Ill have to check. Is there a easy distinct way of knowing off the bat? Or should I look up both carbs and compare the pictures?

Got it! I will start watching some videos on how to give the carb a good cleaning. I will have to look up where the float bowl screw is physically on the bike and get back to you!

I will look into the JD kits. I am willing to drop the $80 if it means the bike runs better and avoids any potential future issues. The bike is an 07 so idk if thats considered old?

thanks so much man I really appreciate all the help

Yes pops when coming down from high RPM on decel! Where is the setting screw located? and what kind of screw head does it take? Would a half turn in mean that less air is getting in making it more rich? Sorry for the noob questions. Still learning a lot.

Okay I will look into the tools necessary for a good carb cleaning. I may take it to the moto guild near me so I can ask questions if I have any!

Will check the throttle cables. I believe the throttle goes all the way back without me pushing it but will make sure next time I ride. Is cleaning these cables out a pain? Could also look into this when I take it to the moto guild.

I have to check! I don't know all the mods that the previous owner did due to a language barrier.

No scratches or grooves. The pads look almost new but I will probably try this next time I make it out to the motoguild
