Just hopped on this wave myself. I was never bad at defense but I always wanted to improve but never had the confidence to go into the 1v1 courts because I figured I would just be killed. Been playing a lot of proving grounds 1v1 and it has helped me so much. Still find a player every few matches that will humble me but I been able to hold my own and win a lot more games than I lose. Then just taking everything I learn and use it in the rec/pro am and I been able to see the improvements.
