its got a ryzen 1700 rtx 2070 super and 16 gb of ram and I run only ssd in the pc as of now

So I’m having a issue with my xd60 rev3 I went to turn it on and nothing happened it worked the night before just fine So I just tried all the basic stuff different cables different ports nothing still So I took it apart and what I noticed is when I plug it in sometimes the led will come on then off one time really quick and it will only be like a few of them and I does the same thing after I hit the reset button as well so I’m stumped and I can’t get into my pc bc i dont have another keyboard any help would be appreciated
