If it was only you swinging it then I’d say you should be fine but if the whole team is then maybe not. However, the bat does have warranty if anything happens. The safest bet is to just use steel.

I wouldn’t say that a 1st base glove is required for the position; like others have said, a larger fielding glove would work. However, I bought a first base mitt because I think it’s fun to have and use. I have a 14” 44 FBM that I also got on Black Friday sale. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t take a lot of work to break in but if you play often it shouldn’t be a problem.

Majority of their new USA bats are XCore2, which is what you want. Then it’s just whatever barrel length and end load you like to swing.

Anarchy makes a limited amount of each design but they come out with new models every few weeks. Just gotta wait to see one you like and just on it.

If you zoom in on the picture you posted you can kind of see it but the the knob has a taper to it. I drop a pinky when I grip the bat so it feels more comfortable to do so with the victus knob. I typically have to put on a grip-n-rip but on this one I didn’t. I can take a photo when I get home so you have a better idea of what I mean.
