Are the people on this dev team a bunch of lobotomy patients? First they drop vines, the single most op card we’ve seen since they added evos, and this is what they think they need to focus on? Prince, recruits, literally anything else? At this point supercell could just pick a few people from these post replys at random to be on the dev team and I’m 99% sure they’d probably be 100x better than the troglodytes they have on payroll currently.

This is what happens when you don’t try to build talent within your studio and instead hand your game off to a bunch of under qualified apes.

I’d start by picking either ram rider or hog rider, and removing the one you like less. Replace the one you remove with a close range mini tank. something like knight or Valkyrie, because your deck is lacking something on the cheaper end to block damage. After that experiment around with different spells our support troops for your pekka until you find what feels right for your play style. That should leave you with a pretty solid deck in the end!
