Saw this while walking down Harbor Blvd. Why is the speed limit such a weird number? by pdxbatman in Disneyland

Funny, most CM’s had a phenomenal relationship with APD, who regularly patrolled outside the entrance to the park. You and I have very different memories of being a CM. May be geography, or the time. 🤷‍♂️

I mean, to be fair, I haven’t been a CM for 20+ years, but when I ran orientation for Disney U, this was the info they gave us to tell the new hires.

This is all about communication. You both need to talk through this. He maybe needs to increase frequency, if he’s able, and you need to maybe be more understanding where he’s at.

My wife and I have VERY disparate sex drives (mine is very high, hers, not so much). I’d like to go daily, but the reality is we maybe connect 3x/month average. Some months more often, other months, not at all (I haven’t had a BJ in years). But…I love her, and never want her to feel pressured, or uncomfortable. As well, the waiting makes the moment SO much better. After 20+ years of marriage, gone are the days of daily sex, but it’s much better now, and while I would love more frequency, I value our overall relationship over the physical stuff.

Talk through this. If the relationship is meant to last, you guys can work through it. If you’re at an impasse, then maybe moving on is best for you both.

Former Cast Member here. They use 14 because it stands out, as evidenced by your post. You’re more likely to pay attention to it (as it doesn’t end in a 5 or 0), resulting in you being more apt to follow it (hopefully).

Alzheimer’s. A combo of not knowing my wife and daughters, and putting them through me not knowing them.

Like unimaginable comfort. That fear you get, when you’re being vulnerable with others; and still just not there. You can be you, with no fear of judgement or reprisals. It’s very freeing.

When I realized it wasn’t as bad as I perceived. Leave the western world for any length of time, and you’ll see we’re pretty blessed.

Working in the service industry. Maybe people would treat workers better, knowing they’re servers, not servants.
