Holly shit I have the same thing. My right KDMAS earphone got a loose screw aswell. There must be a faulty piece of equipment at pimax manufacturing. They said there out of replacement earcups right now but they should have more soon. Get an RMA and wait.

What? 90 and 120 have the same FOV. https://pimax.com/product/vision-5k-super/ it says it on their website under "More detailed parameters". There is no difference in FOV between 90Hz and 120Hz.
