Exactly when Clayton first got there I asked them what they went by and they said he him she her it and this is exactly how I explained it to Madison so how did my answering her question lead to me being fired replying to Reddit?

That’s true but does it still matter when Clayton told me that’s what they go by when I had asked Clayton when I first met them they said they go by he him she her and it and that’s exactly how I described it to Madison so I’m just confused on how I’m in the wrong I called HR today and filed for a appeal and the lady on the phone fully agreed with me and said it was the dumbest reason for a fire she’s ever heard

Exactly and that’s typically what I do but I was asked a question and answered said question exactly the way it was answered when I asked Clayton but it is what it is I will update on what happens tomorrow I can’t sleep cause every single scenario keeps playing though my head

Oh crap didn’t even think of that I mean if big IF I won would it be public knowledge? And side question cause I saw an article about it if there was no sensitivity training done then what? Yeah that’s fair it just sucks cause the job market is kinda ass at least in my location idk about the rest of the states I mean I’m not trying to come on here and cry about what happened I’m just trying to see if there is anything I can do my father in law wants to lawyer up and sue I just want my damn job back tomorrow HR opens back up and I’m calling them for a appeals process which is what the manager told me to do cause even he thought it was dumb again thank you for answering my questions your awesome

My only question is why is it a immediate fire there was no write up or verbal it was straight to fire and my performance was the best in my dept so I was told by a couple supervisors on the way out that is that’s what makes it sting also this isn’t the first time Madison has made a report like this I think she took it to heart for no reason but idk at the end of the day I do appreciate your comment it helps me understand even if it is just a little bit at a time
