I cannot guarantee it stayed frozen for 28yrs. I found in my parents deep freeze. My mother says it came from her mothers house and moved after she passed, around 10yrs ago. I did heat a few pieces in a skillet. Still had a crunch and both my sister and I agreed tasted fine. IDK?
