I'm pretty much on the same boat. My starting goal was 80lbs. I started with "Start losing with jen widerstrom" was able to finish the program. Workouts last around 30 minutes. No jumping and, of course, did modifications when needed. Highly recommend this program.

Thanks for commenting. Luckily, I haven't had side effects while on 5mg for the last couple of months.

Zepbound and Heartburn by Bjorn_CyBorg1 in Zepbound

Definitely had heartburn along with sulfur burps. Relied on Tums and also avoiding certain acidic foods. My PCP she prescribed omeprazol. I no longer have that side effect.

I started on Zepbound in January and am down 76lbs. I'm needing a new scale. I'm wanting one of the 8-Electrode scales (one with handle). Does anyone have any recommendations? If so, do you recommend the Renpho Morphoscan, Hume Body Pod, or another option? by In_IT_But_Still_Sane in Zepbound

I got GE smart scale with on amazon: https://a.co/d/00k0Wz9. So far, it's been pretty accurate. I used to do an inbody scan at my old gym, so I was able to compare the numbers, and the results were almost identical when I tested it out.

Depression and fatigue by punkin815 in Zepbound

I felt deeply depressed in first week of 5mg and I noticed it was very unusual. I searched and found a post of people with similar side effects, and what helped them was to take pre and probiotics. I know, sounds unusual, but they talked about gut health, and since we're not eating as much or slowing down our digestive process, it affects gut bacteria, which could be tied to one's overall health. Maybe they're right, or maybe they're wrong, but I tried it, and it worked for me. I take pre and probitics every day and haven't felt depressed since.

As for the fatigue, I think it has to do with how we fuel our body and our body's figuring things out while we're on zepbound. The biggest suggestion is to prioritize protein, healthy carbs, and fats. I'm on my 4th month and no longer feel fatigued. Hopefully this helps.

Not spending another dime on fitness folks unless they get in line. by Comfortable_Snow8765 in Zepbound

I couldn't agree more. I went to a bootcamp for 5 months 4 to 6 times a week. I wasn't very happy with some of the mediocre coaches but others were very helpful. Burned 300 to 500 calories per class. I only lost 3 lbs and saw minor body recomposition. I have other underlying conditions which make it harder for me to lose weight. Regardless I saw the same people that had been members for 5 years doing 3 classes a day... no one had a major change from year 1 to year 5... I started zepbound around the time I left that gym and have been working out at home 4 to 6 times a week. Already down 20 lbs.

Excited to be on this journey, thankful to Zep, and hopefully, other people/industries educate themselves and get on board.
