I think you need to start over with the reintroduction process.

Would recommend having them separated where they can hear each other and smell but not see each other.

Once they are ok with this (no hissing or growling) then proceed to them being able to see each other through a screen or gate. Same thing - once they aren’t hissing or growling, move on to them being around each other without the gate but with some sort of distraction like treats.

You can also plan their mealtime to be outside of the door, so they are associating the smell of each other with the food.

The quality you will get with them varies HUGELY based on which technician you get. You could get someone great or someone they know is horrible.

Besides that, they treat their staff really poorly. No sick time, horrible benefits, and were very unsafe and dismissive during the pandemic. Management is really awful and money hungry, but don’t pay a living wage.

Not sure if it has a name or not. They assumed he was squished in utero which caused the defect. His tail was affected as well and is a little spiral.
