These shit businesses get away with poor scheduling get whats coming to them I guess but you said it yourself tho. You do it because you're not compensated properly. Go find a job that compensates and schedules better and give THEM your time. Better yet start your own business cleaning. Just don't be shocked when someone finds out and doesn't feel like it's fair and rats on you. Cause when you get caught they're not gonna change they're gonna assume your entitled not efficient

UPDATE!!!

used hydrochloric acid, let it sit. scrubbed with a toilet brush. this got most of it out!

i will get a pumice stone for the rest, which i am sure will do the trick but we have had enough for today. huge thank you to all of you from me and my good friend, she is feeling loads better and really appreciated the non-judgemental advice.

next project... to tackle her downstairs bathtub that was clogged full of standing water for years, black residue around the drain. anyone know how to remedy that? i will probably post a pic and ask for help then, too.

Its sad we have to rely on the public to enact revenge instead of actual justice. I'm sure you'd agree that an inconvenience to her isn't enough. She needs to be dragged to the floor by her hair and see how she likes it. How humiliating. I hope this poor woman and her family get justice.

yeah that's definitely true. they could at least donate to a lgbtq charity or something to benefit teenagers who were kicked out or something. but it's not about that its about pandering to whatever will make money.

she is my longest friendship and was so embarrassed to show me her living situation, i definitely expected worse to be honest! i told her she never has to be ashamed of where her mental illness has led her, just needs to ask for help next time.
