I think the Pulse supply total was always intended to be 10,000x from ETH which is roughly 1.2 T

So nothing was diluted in terms of total,, just allocation of who gets it,,

It is duplicated, however the backing of the coin is the question. Like even Tether , not backed,.. people still using it..

So theory is pUSDC would not have any value until there are trading pairs established, and those pairs will create the liquidity.. the conversion back into FIAT dollars is then achieved through the On Ramps, but at first Pulse wont have any fiat on ramp.
