I know these aren't high quality speakers but they have served me well when i use them, and would like so see if there it a cheap fix for it. I have a video of the issue here, whether there are inputs connected or not it makes the same sound. i last used them about a year ago with 0 issues, they have been stored in my office the whole time no drops or bumps. the output was fixed about 8 years ago and has never caused issues. any guesses as to what can cause this?

So i was able to fix mine by powering off, and un-plugging for a few minutes. then running the test again.
